When your thoughts wander

Whenever you catch your thoughts wandering, take a moment to stop and ask yourself, “What is good about this moment?”

And since you’re asking yourself this question, you might as well take a moment to answer.

There’s always a reason for gratitude. And when you take the time to periodically stop and ask yourself this question, you’ll discover more and more things to be grateful for.

Even if it’s simply that you weren’t eaten by a giant mutant radioactive squirrel.

Although, seriously, think of how few people ever get to experience that.
