My prescription

Like many people, I self-medicate.

I do it by following a healthy diet, getting enough rest, and exercising daily.

And I supplement that with being playful, not taking life too seriously, and laughing as often as possible.

This has many benefits. Not least of which is that it’s cheap, it feels good, and it has no awful side-effects.

Highly recommended.

*And good music!
*And time outside.
*And more cowbell.
